The CBT 50LA-1, with Constant Beamwidth Technology™, represents a breakthrough in pattern control, utilizing analog delay beam-forming and amplitude tapering to accomplish consistent vertical coverage without the narrow vertical beaming and out-of-coverage lobing that are typical of straight form-factor passive column speakers. This loudspeaker is well-suited for use in lecture halls, transit centers, conference rooms, houses of worship, multipurpose spaces, architectural spaces, in-wall recessed locations, and more. This technology reduces the narrow vertical beaming and out-of-coverage lobing that are typical of straight form-factor passive column speakers. This flexible, compact speaker is built for indoor and outdoor usage and has controls for switchable voicing (music or speech). This model features an improved mounting bracket which, when used, affords greater flexibility in aiming the speaker. Read more
