SABIAN 9″ HH B8 Bronze Triangle
The SABIAN 9″ HH B8 Bronze Triangle delivers a rich, shimmering tone with impressive sustain across a wide dynamic range. Hand-hammered construction gives this triangle a responsive feel and consistent acoustic response whether struck softly or with full force. Its compact 9-inch size makes it a versatile percussion tool for layering bright accents, adding shimmer to arrangements, or cutting through dense mixes in your recording sessions.
Construction & Materials
Built from B8 cymbal alloy—a time-tested composition of 8% tin and 92% copper with trace silver content—this triangle produces the bright, shimmering character SABIAN is known for. The 3/8″ premium B8 Phosphor bronze rod is carefully selected to complement the bowl’s acoustic properties and withstand regular performance use and studio tracking demands.
Tone & Sustain for Recording
Hand-hammering imparts a refined sonic character with bright, shimmering sounds and ample sustain that records cleanly and sits distinctly in a stereo mix. The 9-inch size provides a full, articulate voice capable of sitting in the high-frequency spectrum without harshness, translating well in both delicate atmospheric passages and dynamic, energetic sections across tracks.
